Lanny Milbrandt has been involved with the visual arts since childhood. he has exhibited works that include ceramic vessels, sculpture in clay and metals, jewelry, and his continuing interest has been photography.

Dr. Lanny Milbrandt has given workshops and taught university courses in a variety of media. After retiring as Dean of the College of the Arts at Valdosta State University, he has made his home in Henry County where he enjoys the many opportunities locally to pursue his photographic interests. Dr. Milbrandt uses a digital camera and image manipulation software to produce his photographs.
